Antiracist Leadership Certificate
The Antiracist Development Institute (ADI) at Penn State Dickinson Law is excited to announce the rollout of our Antiracist Leadership Certificate! This certification is currently specific to the law enforcement industry. Participants will gain historical context into the work and purpose of the ADI as well as learn and practice design thinking as a problem-solving tool. The design thinking methodology focuses on empathy and solving problems for the people that are experiencing pain as a result of a system, structure, or general scenario. Participants will have an opportunity to practice this methodology in a case study that is specific to their industry as well as create their own case study to share with others.
Following certification, participants will have an opportunity to onboard as a systems designer for the ADI, to facilitate workshops similar to that they have experienced.
