
Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
ASCM®, the Association for Supply Chain Management (previously APICS®), is the global leader and premier source of leading-edge knowledge in operations and supply chain management. The organization has developed this comprehensive educational program designed for operations and supply chain professionals. The CPIM designation is the global standard of expertise for the operations professional. The northeastern PA campuses of Penn State are collaborating to offer these review workshops.
The program provides professionals with the skill set necessary to understand and manage the integration and coordination of activities within today’s increasingly intricate supply chains. This program is recommended for professionals involved in purchasing, planning, production, finance, marketing, sales, engineering, quality, and shipping/receiving.
These classes are offered in collaboration with Penn State Commonwealth Campuses through live video link, Zoom and online platforms. No on-campus component is included. Connection information will be provided to students closer to the course start date.
- Dates: January 23, 2025 - April 12, 2025
- Days & Times: Thursdays, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturdays, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
- Delivery: Online Instructor-led training via Zoom
- Registration Deadline: January 15, 2025
- Cost: $2,350 for APICS Members, $2,550 for non-members. Fees include: APICS® CPIM® Learning System Workbook, Student Slide book and access to online study.
