Penn State is a Project Management Institute (PMI®) Authorized Training Partner (ATP). We are committed to enhancing the ongoing professional development of project management stakeholders. If you have been planning to enhance your project management skills and knowledge in order to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® designation, now is the time to enroll in our program. As part of the certificate program curriculum, students will work on a project that is carried through all four required courses.

The Project Management Certificate Program is a structured series of non-credit courses that prepare students for careers in planning and business. This program is designed for employees from organizations involved in engineering, research and development, healthcare, data processing, construction, facilities management, manufacturing, corporate planning, finance and marketing.
These four courses will enhance skills of technical competence and practical applications. A Penn State non-credit certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the four required courses taken in sequential order.

PJMGT 5000 — Project Initiation and Planning
PJMGT 5001 — Project Scheduling and Integration
PJMGT 5002 — Project Costing and Control
PJMGT 5003 — Project Risk and Change Management
Dates: Wednesdays, January 31–May 22, 2024
Cost: $1,995 for the entire four-course program
Times: 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Location: Instructor-led training via Zoom
