
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Lean Six Sigma is a business analytic approach for continuous improvement that optimizes performance through the reduction and elimination of variance and waste. Our four-module Six Sigma Black Belt Certification course blends classroom experience with hands-on activities to provide skills that can be applied immediately, including:

- Value stream improvement
- Lean scheduling

All classes are taught by Six Sigma Master Black Belts who are subject matter experts and share a wealth of real-world experience.
Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma methodologies can be applied across many industries, like manufacturing, supply chain, finance, healthcare, engineering, construction, and more.
Some key focuses of the program are creating financial returns that are quantifiable and measurable, building a more robust management team intent on rectifying waste, and replacing assumptions with statistical methods and data.

Module 1 — Six Sigma: Theory & Application — February 5 – March 19
Module 2 — Continuous Process Improvement — April 2 – May 14
Module 3 — Statistical Quality Process Control — May 28 – July 9
Module 4 — Enterprise Driven — July 23 – September 10
The course is delivered in a fully remote format; classes take place on Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m.
